Senior Services is an organization in Washington that offers a wide array of services to the elderly, including Meals on Wheels and long term care services selection. It houses Senior Rights Assistance (SRA), a phone and email-based advice system on legal issues affecting the elderly. One need not be elderly to call for assistance.

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is maintained by the United States government’s Health and Human Services Department. It has a wealth of information.
